Compliance & Documentation

A model-level document route for buyers who need to understand which files can be requested for a particular installation box.

01 / Document boundary

A file must belong to the exact model

Datasheets, drawings, installation guidance, declarations and packaging information are handled by model. Do not carry a document from one model to another without confirmation.

How to read the matrix

Download means a confirmed file is exposed. Stated in catalogue means the current catalogue contains the reference but no separate file is exposed. On request means ask for the current model-specific file. N/A means not applicable, which is different from a file that has not been supplied.

02 / Model file matrix

19 models, one clear request path

Each status is derived from the exact model record: exposed files are Download, catalogue-only evidence is Stated in catalogue, and unresolved files remain On request.

03 / Behind the status column

What the status is actually backed by

Every status in the matrix above is backed by a real process on our own floor, not a promise.

A technician checking a bank of green ageing test cabinets with extraction ducts in a room labelled Aging Zone
Reliability ageing testFinished units run through a dedicated ageing zone before a batch is released.
A Quality Control Station sign above electrical safety test equipment, with an operator checking a component
Quality control stationA quality control point checks parts in-line, before they reach the next process.
A line-side touchscreen showing running hours and total production count in pieces for the current order
Production traceabilityLine-side screens log run count and status against each production order.

04 / Request the current set

Tell us which model your project needs.

Include the destination market and document type so the response can be tied to the correct product record.
