OEM / Private Label

Move from project input to a manufacturable range.

Many product ideas come from wholesalers, brand owners and installers who know what their market is missing. We support the tooling, material selection, production and documentation chain behind the requirement.

Two project routes

Choose the level of change.

Private label

An existing model supplied under your brand, with packaging, labelling, instruction sheets, barcoding and carton marking reviewed to your specification.

ODM development

A box designed or adapted for a defined market requirement, with local practice review, structural assessment, drawings, sampling, tooling, testing and production.

Project path

Engineering enters where the requirement becomes specific.

The stages below describe the working handoff. Scope, cost and timing are confirmed against the actual requirement.

  1. Project input

Market, customer type, application, reference models or samples, and the requirement to solve.

  2. Construction review

Review local installation practice, structural condition, drawings and the intended product interface.

  3. Engineering confirmation

Confirm the design, documentation and testing scope before a sample or tooling decision.

  4. Manufacturing and sample context

Use physical verification and production review before commitment.

  5. Project handoff

Carry the confirmed range, packaging and document set into the supply conversation.

Customisation

What can be reviewed.

Each item is confirmed against the model, quantity and project scope.

Packaging
Plain box, printed carton, label, instruction sheet, barcode and outer-carton marking.
Documentation
Product documents issued under your brand where applicable.
Colour
Reviewed against colour reference, quantity and sampling requirements.
Product marking
Logo or article number on the product body, reviewed per model and tooling.
Structure and dimensions
ODM route covering local standard research, structural assessment, drawing, sampling, tooling, testing and production.

Inside the build

The same production line behind your range.

Private label and ODM orders run on the same tooling, moulding and assembly lines as the published catalogue, not a separate downgraded process.

  • Target market and customer type
  • Application and reference model, photo or drawing
  • Dimensions, quantity and colour
  • Packaging and documentation requirements
  • Delivery destination and required timing
