Installed in real walls
Hollow-wall and timber-frame boxes fix to studs with a steel plate and take single (12–13 mm) or double (24–26 mm) board. Universal boxes use a 60 mm fixing centre with M3 screws and gang at 71 mm.
For solid walls, ETM680S goes into an 82 mm hole-saw opening and holds itself without plaster. For precast elements, the concrete series fixes to the mould before the pour.

Questions buyers ask
Which box fits my wall?
Hollow and timber walls use the universal series with steel plates for studs; solid walls use self-fixing boxes such as ETM680S; precast elements use the concrete series. Tell us the wall build-up and we will name the models.
Will my switches and sockets fit?
Most universal models use a 60 mm fixing centre with M3 screws and a 71 mm gang distance. Some models use 67 mm. Send the device or cover-frame reference and we check it against the model before you order.
Are the boxes certified?
Seven models hold third-party European product safety certificates to EN IEC 60670-1:2021+A11 (ETM002S-4, ETM336S, ETM610S, ETM613S, ETM742S, ETM750S, ETM761S). Certificate copies are available on request for the exact model.
