Etman International ASA was founded in Norway in 1990, and the Changzhou factory behind the Glob-el range has been showing the same category of visitor around its production floor for most of that time: European wholesalers, brand owners and distributors checking a supplier before, not after, placing an order. The photographs below are from some of those visits.
A factory that has hosted the same partners for years
Some of the people in these photos have been visiting this factory for well over a decade. That is not a coincidence. A private label or ODM relationship depends on a buyer being able to see the actual production line, not a sales deck, and a factory that keeps the same visitors coming back is one that has kept passing that check.

What a factory visit is actually used for
A visit is not a formality. It is when a buyer confirms tooling, checks a production line in person, and reviews the material and process behind a model before committing to a private label range or an ODM development. The injection moulding floor, the assembly lines and the quality stations shown in these photos are the same categories of process a visiting buyer would be walked through.

Why this still matters for a sourcing decision today
A factory that has been independently checked, repeatedly, by outside buyers over many years carries a different kind of evidence than a product listing. It means the tooling, the quality process and the people running the line have been seen directly by the customers who now rely on them, not described secondhand.

What we can show you now
The same manufacturing floor is documented in more detail, with current photos, on our About Glob-el page, and the current quality and testing process behind every model is on the Compliance & Documentation page. If a visit or a video call with the production floor would help a sourcing decision, tell us the market and the project and we can arrange it.
