Installation Planning Support
A planning route for buyers and project teams who need to review box selection against a known wall construction and project context.
01 / Selection review
Check the decision before the document
A useful planning review connects the intended device and cover arrangement with the wall build-up, opening, fixing condition and conduit route that the project actually has.
Project positionIdentify where the box sits, what it must accommodate and whether the same position repeats across the project.
Model interfaceCompare the model reference, opening, depth, entries, fixing points and related accessories against the project information.
Document needRequest the exact model documents needed for selection, planning or an internal project review.
02 / What the customer provides
The planning request starts with a defined context
Send enough information to keep the review tied to one construction condition and one model or target requirement.
- 01Wall construction
State whether the project uses a hollow wall, timber frame, concrete, precast element or a modular construction system.
- 02Model or target
Share the exact model reference when known, or describe the intended box, device and cover arrangement.
- 03Project evidence
Attach a drawing, position list, photo or competitor reference when it clarifies the opening or installation condition.
- 04Market and timing
Include the target market, project stage, quantity context and required document set.
03 / Construction confirmation
Different wall build-ups change the questions
The review should stay specific to the construction rather than assume that one box configuration transfers between wall types.
- Hollow and board walls: available depth, stud or frame position, fixing condition and device interface.
- Concrete and precast elements: formwork or factory-cast workflow, opening, fixing approach and conduit entry context.
- Prefab and modular housing: repeatable position, factory sequence and the model document set needed by the project team.
- Replacement or alternative: existing model, measured interface and any photo or drawing that shows the installed condition.
04 / Model-specific boundary
Planning support is not a substitute for installation instructions
Use the planning route to identify the right questions and document request. Do not treat this page as a step-by-step installation guide.
What this page givesA general checklist for model selection, wall construction, project inputs and document requests.
What it does not giveNo step-by-step installation procedure, torque value, spacing instruction or electrical safety recommendation is provided here.
Next documentSpecific installation instructions are provided by model after technical confirmation and should be reviewed for the stated project condition.
Planning request
Send the construction context with the model.
Choose Installation Planning Support in the RFQ form and include the wall build-up, project stage and documents needed for the review.
